- Your requested scooter model
- Your desired rental dates
- Delivery and pick-up location(s)
- Any special requests you may have
It's that easy. You can also fill out and submit the Contact Us form. We will reach out to you within 1 business day to answer all of your questions. Please note we observe major holidays.
Delivery and pick-up at a hotel:
- We will coordinate for drop off your scooter at the hotel bell/front desk on the evening prior or on the day of your rental start date. The scooter will be waiting for you at the bell/front desk under your hotel reservation name for your easy pick up upon arrival.
- When its time to return your scooter, simply leave it with the bell/front desk and we’ll pick it up on the evening your rental ends.
At a residence or an Airbnb:
- We can deliver your scooter to any residence within our delivery area. Not sure if you are within the delivery range? Just contact us and we will confirm if we deliver to your location or not.
- We will drop off your scooter on the evening before or on the day of your rental start date.
At a special location, worksite, studio lot, film set, production facility, event venue, etc:
- Just let us know how we can accommodate you and we'll do our best!
